NS Tool,'s Micro Ball Endmills are the world’s smallest ball endmills at 0.01mm diameter. These new cutters will allow shops to extend their capabilities in precision micromachining applications.
The “Micro Ball” series, NSMB100, offers sizes from 0.01mm to 0.1 mm diameter. NS Tool’s other series feature size ranges of 0.1mm to 12mm diameter, providing tool sizes for every application. Finer surface finish can be achieved with NS Tool’s original “R” design feature.
NS Tool’s Micro tools also include drills and square endmills that start at 0.01mm diameter. All tools in the Micro series are made of super micro grain carbide, handling longer processing periods and reduced thermal growth.
