Pokolm Voha's Quadworx milling tool series is designed for high feed rate cutting during roughing applications of steel, cast iron and tempered steels, as well as stainless steels and high temp alloys. The series ranges in size from 14 mm to 52 mm, in face-mill and threaded shanks. Also included is Pokolm’s patented DuoPlug Modular system which uses shrink fit technology to provide the highest concentricity and maximum rigidity.
Features for this series include adapted micro-geometries with polished rakes and four cutting edges, through-tool coolant to ensure the maximum process reliability, and incorporated insert seats to increase tooth stability, improving tool life and productivity.
